Out of the Shadows

Out of the Shadows

Strange as it may seem, I think that my greatest strength is my ability to find a way out of the shadows. I have been to the shadows so many times that I deeply and truly empathize and resonate with others when they are there, and out of necessity, I have found hundreds of paths back to The Light.

When I do experience the shadows, I play the Awakening Game and return as quickly as possible. Every morning, I focus on Returning. Many times throughout the day, I Remember, Embrace, and Become my Higher Self. I have walked a path to higher consciousness tens of thousands of times over dozens of years, and I'm getting really good at it.

And having climbed out of the Pit of Darkness, having stepped out of the Shadows, having moved back into the Light so many times makes me incredibly capable of helping others find their own way home - to help them See, Believe, Choose, Transform, and Become, so they can join me.

The first step is simple: just remember or imagine what it feels like to be in the Light.

Do you still spend some time in the shadows or the pit of darkness? If so, I feel for you. I know what you are going through, because I visit the shadows at least a little bit every day.

Suggested Exercise: Practice empathizing with others. When you see the stressed, defensive, and hurting, help them find a way home. Help them remember what it feels like to walk in the Light.
