I found another good reason for learning to be Silent and to Spend Time in the Stillness.

My thoughts were hiding the Essence of My Being.

First, I learned to Control and Manage my Thoughts.

    Then, I learned to be Silent.

    Then I learned the True Nature of my Subconscious Mind.

And then and only then

    Was I able to Heal myself at the deepest levels.
